RRQ Hoshi Beats Fnatic ONIC

RRQ Hoshi once again showed their ferocity in week 6 of MPL ID S14. Facing one of their toughest weeks this season, The King successfully started it by achieving a perfect victory against Fnatic ONIC with a score of 2-0, Saturday (14/9).

Week 6 is said to be the toughest week for RRQ Hoshi because they have to meet their two closest competitors in the current standings, Fnatic ONIC and Bigetron Alpha. However, Skylar et al were able to start it perfectly, although they did not get it easily.

In the first game, the match between RRQ Hoshi and Fnatic ONIC presented a classy fight. Both teams seemed to have to kill, so teamfight after teamfight continued to occur and were determined by small things.

Sutsujin’s Ling game against Kairi’s Roger was so aggressive and full of action. Not to mention the game of the players involved in this match also spoiled the audience who watched.

The fight in the first game lasted for 25 minutes. There were a total of 51 kills that occurred throughout the match, where RRQ Hoshi was slightly ahead of their opponent with 26 kills.

Although Skylar became the toktotoslot player with the most kills in the RRQ Hoshi camp who managed to win this first game, Sutsujin’s action using Ling was so decisive for the team and deserved to be the MVP with a KDA of 8/2/6. His aggressiveness and on-point calculations made many people amazed watching his game.

In the final teamfight, Sutsujin’s Ling was the only one Fnatic ONIC managed to take down in the fourth Lord fight in the 24th minute after being hit by the Lord’s airbourne effect, but fortunately his teammates managed to retaliate and secure victory.

Meanwhile, in the second game, fierce competition occurred again since the early game. Both teams were able to attack each other and get kills, before everything changed in the ninth minute in the first Lord fight.

In the teamfight, RRQ Hoshi managed to get the objective and take down four Fnatic ONIC heroes with only one member lost. This gave them a snowball to dominate the game.

In the 11th minute, RRQ Hoshi made a blunder by forcing an end game that almost resulted in a wipe out. However, it did not have much of an impact, so they managed to win the teamfight for Lord again in the 13th minute.

In addition to successfully getting the objective, this teamfight was also marked by a blunder from Fnatic ONIC which caused them to lose four members and gave way for RRQ Hoshi to win the second game with a kill score of 18-10 in the same minute, where Sutsujin who played Roger also became the MVP again.

This result makes RRQ Hoshi return to the top of the MPL ID S14 regular season standings with a Match W-L record of 8-1 to replace Bigetron Alpha who had taken their place. Uniquely, these two teams will also meet each other on the third day of week 6 of MPL ID S14, to determine who is most worthy of being at the top of the standings.
